Easy Banana Bread Recipe

Although the name banana bread, but it is no use as bread yeast-bread in general. It could be because of the process that uses toaster loaf pan used for baking bread. This recipe is said to be almost anti fail easily made by anyone. The principle is like making muffins, mix all dry ingredients in one container and the wet ingredients in another container.   • 3 ripe bananas, peel and mash with a fork (I use banana)
  • 1 cup (115 grams) walnuts (I skip)
  • 1 3/4 cup (230 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup (150 grams) powdered sugar (I use 1/2 cup granulated sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon / cinnamon powder
  • 2 large size eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or to taste

  1. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 180 'C.
  2. Prepare a loaf pan if any, or use any pan does not matter. I use a loaf pan that extends upward. Under size 18 × 8 cm on 22 × 12 cm. Spread with vegetable oil or butter / margarine.
  3. In a container mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon powder, salt and baking powder. Stir until well blended.

  6. Pour the batter into the pan, bake for 45-60 minutes or by doing prick test to determine ripeness. I need a tiny oven 50 minutes until done.
  7. Once cooked, remove from oven let stand for about 10 minutes or until the pan is not too hot. Banana remove bread from pan and allow to cool on wire rack.
  8. If already at room temperature or still slightly warm, can be cut more easily use a serrated knife. Serve and ready to eat !!

Oh yes, this recipe uses pan I get 15 slices were banana bread.
