ICE COCKTAIL

If you usually drink iced cocktail only you can enjoy during a visit to a restaurant or eating house subscriptions, you can now create and present themselves. Armed with the following recipes you can make it more special cocktail creations.









Ingredients / spices:
200 grams of melon, cut round
200 grams of watermelon, cut round
100 grams of pineapple, cut into pieces 1 cm box
100 grams of papaya, cut round
375 grams of ice cubes

Syrup Ingredients:
1,000 ml of water
2 pieces of pandan, bound
300 grams sugar
15 drops of red dye chili
2 lemon, take water

Material Agar-agar:
1 packet of jelly
50 grams sugar
400 ml water

How to make ice cocktail:
Syrup, combine water, pandan leaves, and sugar. Cook, stirring until dissolved. Add red dye and lime juice. Stir well. Refrigerate.
Gelatin, mix the gelatin, sugar, and water. Cook, stirring until boiling. Pour into the pan box. Refrigerate. Scar.
Mix together fruit syrup, gelatin, and ice cubes.
