Material:

Ingredients Flour Seasoning:

1/2 teaspoon salt
Mushroom Tomato Sauce Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
50 g onion, chopped
250 g of red tomatoes, grated
2 tablespoons tomato paste
25 g fresh button mushrooms, cut 2
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 tsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make:
1. Flat right of each piece of meat with a meat beater.
2. Mix the salt, pepper, and oregano, apply evenly to the surface of the meat. Let stand 15 minutes.
3. Mushroom Tomato Sauce: Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat until melted. Saute the onion until fragrant. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, button mushrooms, pepper, oregano, sugar, and salt, and cook until boiling and thick. Lift.
4. Flour Seasoning: Mix all ingredients until blended.
5. Roll each piece of meat over seasoned flour, dip in beaten egg, then roll over panir flour until blended.
6. Heat the butter and oil in a flat pan over medium heat. Fry each piece of meat with one yellow flip until cooked and browned. Remove and drain. Serve hot topped with a Tomato Sauce Mushrooms.
Note: Recipe Italian Veal in only 4 servings.

* We recommend that you select low protein flour (for pastry) that Italian Veal crisp on the outside so that taste the contrast.
